March 31 & April 1
Dress to the nines, set your pocket watch to the year 1920, and join us for Speakeasy Circus: Fools’ Delight, our staff and adult student cabaret! Enter our underground speakeasy with the secret password and let us wow you with a theatrical evening of circus, live jazz, and feats of acrobatic and aerial prowess with an April Fools’ twist. The performance begins at 8 PM, but get dolled up in your finest 1920’s garb and join us at 7:30 for jazz, libations, and a hotsy totsy, foolishly fun time. Then, sit back, relax, and stay toasty with sweet treats and dandy drinks during the performance. Tickets are $20 general admission, $10 for current AcroSports students.

Youth Performance Program
Do you dream of a career as a circus performer? Take your circus training to the next level and join our pre-professional, multi-disciplinary, Youth Performance Ensemble - CircusLab. The Youth Performance Ensemble is designed for the advanced student who is ready to commit and implement the circus medium in performance. Through the study of clown, physical comedy, improvisation, and character development, students will develop stage presence, confidence, and performance skills. These skills will allow them to delve deeper into their pursuit of the circus arts and create an original performance act for our bi-annual Youth Arts Showcase. In addition to choosing a circus discipline as their primary focus, members of the Youth Performance Ensemble will develop a wide range of circus skills including acrobatics, hand balancing, partner acrobatics, contortion, clown, stilt walking, and object manipulation. Participation is by audition or instructor recommendation only and requires a commitment to attend all classes, rehearsals, and performances.
Our Youth Performance Program includes a variety of circus classes that focus on developing performance skills - including aerial, contortion, tumbling, partner acrobatics and clown. We believe that through performance, students receive positive reinforcement of their abilities, developing healthy self-esteem and a positive self image. Through circus training, we teach valuable life skills such as teamwork, focus, and persistence. Students in the Youth Performance Program will have opportunities to perform in our bi-annual in house shows.
