New/Open Youth Classes
Brand New Youth Classes at AcroSports!
AcroSports is very excited to announce that we have opened up some brand new classes in our youth program! These are new acrobatic disciplines we have not yet offered as youth classes, so we are enthusiastic to see how these programs grow!
Youth Strengthening: Students will be working on building the strength, coordination, endurance, and flexibility specific to all of the disciplines we provide while also gaining the appreciation for why strength training is an important part of acrobatics! This class is suitable for all skill levels.
Youth Handbalancing: Students will develop their strength, flexibility, and balance as part of the three fundamentals of handbalancing. This class works toward various solo hand and arm balances, including handstands. All levels welcome!
