The Parkour Jam is an open Training Session with coach supervision. Students will have the opportunity to train on the main floor obstacles, Tumble Track, Trampoline, and Foam Pit. Located in the Main Gym. The parkour Jam is available for all parkour students (ie. beginning, intermediate, advanced, and free running).
Students will have a guided warm up & stretch. Each student will have one opportunity to set one timed obstacle course run. Located in The Outback & Main Gym.
