TO ENROLL

  • Log into your Portal

  • Click 'Enroll' Tab
    • Use Drop Downs to search for your class.
      • Session = Spring 2017
      • Use Program, Class Type, and Class Day to navigate through class options.
    • Hover over class selection to highlight and click to select.
    • Select the student you wish to enroll (only students whose age matches the selected class will appear)
    • Agree to Policies (please make note of our new Make-up Policy)
    • A pop up will confirm your registration.

PAYMENT

  •  Please note! Submitting your registration doesn't run your payment. It authorizes AcroSports office staff to run the card on your account after we confirm your class enrollment, deduct sibling or multi class discounts, credits or Tuition Assistance.
  • If you are only registering 1 student into 1 class, and there are no other discounts needed to be applied to your account, you can submit payment online through your Portal.
    • Click 'Fees + Payments' Tab
    • Balance should show amount owed.
    • Click 'Make a Payment'
    • Confirm Card
    • 'Submit'
  • Once your card has been charged, your enrollment is confirmed.
  • If we try and run your payment and run into an error, we will contact you. We give 24 hours to get back to us.
  • Any registrations not confirmed with payment or a payment plan within 3 days of registration will be cancelled and the space opened back up for enrollment.
