Adult Policies

Late Policy

  • AcroSports has a strict 15 minute late policy. If a student arrives to class 15 or more minutes late, they will not be permitted to join and will not receive their pass back.

    • Exception: Open Gym classes have a 30 minute late policy.

Check In

  • Students are required to check themselves in for classes when they arrive.

  • The check in iPad is located on a stand right next to the office on our second floor.

    • First time students need to check in with the office.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are checked in so they do not get charged a No Show fee. (see following policy)

  • The iPad will lock 15 minutes after classes begin in accordance with our late policy.

    • Open Gym Participants: If you arrive more than 15 minutes past the start of Open Gym, you will need to check in with the office.

Class Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • AcroSports has a strict no refund policy for all types of passes.

  • If students cannot make a class they have scheduled, they can cancel it 12 hours or more before class starts with no penalty. If they cancel within 12 hours there are various penalties:

    • Monthly Unlimited Users: $10 late cancel fee.

    • Passes purchased through AcroSports: $10 late cancel fee.

    • ClassPass users: Students lose their pass.

    • AcroSports does not guarantee coaches, so cancellations made within 12 hours due to a coach change are still considered a late cancel and will be subject to the applicable fees.

  • If students no show for a class they have scheduled, the following penalties apply:

    • Monthly Unlimited Users: $20 No Show Fee.

    • Passes purchased through AcroSports: Students lose their pass.

    • ClassPass users: Students lose their pass.

Class Pack Policies

  • 3 Class Intro Offer:

    • For new students only.

    • Expires 1 month from the first day a student signs up for a class.

  • 5 class, 10 class, and Breakdancing packs:

  • Please note we cannot be flexible with pack expiration dates for any reason.

    • We can only reinstate expired passes when a student purchases a new set of passes.

Monthly Unlimited Policies

  • Monthly recurring payments of $135 will continue for 1 year from purchase date.

  • A 3 month commitment is required, no exceptions.

    • After 3 months students can use this form to suspend or cancel their pass:

      • Students can suspend their monthly pass for any length of time up to 3 months in any contracted year. Please give us at least 5 days notice to fulfill the suspension.

      • Students can suspend their pass for up to 3 months in any given contracted year.

      • Students can terminate your monthly pass with at least 12 days notice.

  • The contract starts on the date of first payment, and will renew on that same date every month.

  • This contract does not auto renew after 12 months. Students will need to purchase a new contract if they would like to continue with the Monthly Unlimited option.

  • While classes are unlimited, we highly recommend signing up in advance as many of our classes fill up.
