Adult Acrobatics & Gymnastics Interest List
This class will develop your acrobatic skills through strength and flexibility training. Working from the basics, you will push your limits through stretching, progressive tumbling and strength training.
Gymnastics is a great body weight/ calisthenic activity which will help you build balance, strength, coordination, agility, and confidence. This class will utilize the Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings, Floor, and Pommel Horse.
