Gymnastics requires an incredible amount
of mental and physical strength, power, and
flexibility. Students receive progressive
training on all events. Girls train on vault,
bars, beam and floor. Boys train on floor,
pommel horse, rings, vault and parallel bars.

In addition to individual skill building, students learn routines an all events compatible with USAG (USA Gymnastics) guidelines. Skill evaluations are done at the end of each session to ensure accurate class placement. And remember to visit our Online Class Schedule!
