USA Gymnastics is the sole national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. It gets this designation from the International Olympic Committee and the International Gymnastics Federation. USA Gymnastics sets the rules and policies that govern gymnastics in this country. Training and selecting the U.S. Gymnastics Teams for the Olympics and World Championships are just two of the many responsibilities of USA Gymnastics. |

Gymnastics Library
This on-line gymnastics library has video of over 260 gymnastics skills/skill variations, performed by up to five different gymnasts. Gymnasts will find a treasure chest of ideas at their fingertips. The gymnastics library will spark ideas for arranging unique routines, and can help gymnasts with the visualization of skill execution. In addition, the library provides video clips of the same skills performed in combination with other skills. |
