Winter Session is January 2-March 11, 2012
Enroll in a session, drop-in to a class (space permitting), or request a Private Lesson.

Spring Session is March 19-June 3.
Priority Registration opens Feb. 20. General Registration opens Feb. 27.


Spring Camp for 6-12 year olds is March 26-30. Registration opens Feb. 27.

Summer Camp for Pre-K and Youth is June 4-August 24. Registration opens in early February.

Summer Session is June 4-August 24. Registration opens May 7.

Pre School Classes

Tiny Tots

For children 18-36 months. Includes free play, structured play, gross-motor and social skills, and a circle time for singing and stretching. An adult is required for each child enrolled.

Tootsie Roller

For 3 year-olds ready for gymnastics instruction. This class introduces tumbling with a focus on coordination, balance, social skills, and building self-confidence. Parents observe class.

Tumbler

For 4 and 5 year-olds. This class focuses on conditioning, strength, flexibility and basic tumbling/dance movement. Group games are introduced in this class.

AcroFitness

This class focuses on floor tumbling, strength conditioning, and an introduction to full size gymnastics apparatus. It provides a new challenge for returning 5 year olds who are ready for more than the preschool obstacle courses. Pre-requisite: Tumblers.

TumbleDance

Explore rhythm, body expression and imaginative movement along with beginning gymnastic skills in this exciting introductory dance class.

JrCapoeira

This class teaches Brazilian martial arts movements which combine acrobatics with music and dance. Students build strength and coordination on gymnastics obstacle courses.

Girls' Gymnastics

Gymnastics requires an incredible amount of mental and physical strength, power, and flexibility. Students receive progressive training on all events. Girls train on vault, bars, beam and floor. Boys train on floor, pommel horse, rings, vault and parallel bars.

Boys' Gymnastics

Tumbling & Trampoline

Tumbling combines the skills of artistic gymnastics with trampoline to create an impressive series of skills. Students receive training on the main gym floor, tumble strip, and tumble track.

Wushu

Wushu is the name given to the sport form of the martial arts(kung fu) in China. Students will learn basic foundational exercises consisting of: stances, kicks, punches, jumps, balances, sweeps, and throws as well as many acrobatic and tumbling techniques.
